Jerzy Bernhard, Management Board President, CEO

Mr. Jerzy Bernhard (born 1951) is a graduate of Mechanical Engineering at the Częstochowa University of Technology. Since the beginning of his career he has been working for steel industry. 1975-1992 he was an employee of Huta Katowice, where he worked as Foreman and finally Deputy Department Manager. 1992-1996 he was CEO of Stalprofil Sp. z o.o. 1996-1998 he was a Management Board Member and Sales Director in Huta Katowice S.A. Since 1998 he has been Management Board President and CEO of Stalprofil S.A.

Zdzisław Mendelak, Management Board Vice-President, CMO

Mr. Zdzisław Mendelak (born 1957) is a graduate of Metallurgy at the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice. 1983-1991 he was an employee of Huta Katowice S.A., where he worked as Foreman and finally Deputy Department Manager. 1991-2002 he worked for Stalprofil S.A., starting from the position of Company Director Representative for International Relations to the position of Marketing Director. Since 2002 he has been Management Board Vice-President and CMO of Stalprofil S.A.

Henryk Orczykowski, Management Board Vice-President, Development Director

Mr. Henryk Orczykowski (born 1959) is a graduate of the Częstochowa University of Technology and MBA studies at the University of Finance and Management in Warsaw, and Harzburg-Kolleg at the University of Economics in Katowice. He is a licensed stock broker. Starting from 1984 Mr. Henryk Orczykowski worked for Huta Katowice as Foreman, Management Processes Analyst, Development Strategy Manager, Restructuring Office Manager, Chief Specialist for Subsidiaries Governance, and finally Restructuring and Privatization Director. For over 2 years he was also President of Huta Metali Nieżelaznych Szopienice S.A. Starting from 2002 Mr. Henryk Orczykowski was Vice-President and Consolidation & Development Director, and 2004-2006 President of Stalexport Serwis Centrum S.A. in Katowice. Since 2006 he has been Management Board Vice-President, Development Director of Stalprofil S.A.

Sylwia Potocka-Lewicka, Management Board Vice-President, CFO

Mrs. Sylwia Potocka-Lewicka (born 1970) is a graduate of Marketing and Management at the Faculty of Information Technology and Development at the Wrocław University of Technology, and a graduate of doctoral studies, major in Management, at the University of Economics in Kraków. She was awarded a PhD in Economics in 2005. In 2002 she started a career in ArcelorMittal Poland S.A. Group, initially at the position of Deputy Subsidiaries Controlling Director, and then Deputy Subsidiaries Governance Director.
