Adoption of a resolution by the Annual General Meeting of STALPROFIL S.A. regarding the payment of dividend for 2025.

On May 21, 2026, the Annual General Meeting of STALPROFIL S.A. adopted a resolution regarding the distribution of net profit for 2025, including the payment of a dividend to the Company's shareholders.
The Annual General Meeting of STALPROFIL S.A. allocated PLN 5,250,000.00 as a dividend to the Company's shareholders, which translates to a dividend of PLN 0.30 (thirty groszy) per share. All 17,500,000 shares issued by the Company will be eligible for the dividend.
The Annual General Meeting of STALPROFIL S.A. resolved that the record date for the right to the dividend will be August 19, 2026, and the dividend payment date will be September 9, 2026.
