Notice regarding the submission of the most advantageous offer in the procurement procedure organized by O.G.P. Gaz-System S.A. for construction works involving the reconstruction of the DN500 Tworzeń – Szopienice gas pipeline.

The Management Board of STALPROFIL S.A. (the "Company" or "Contractor") announces that on August 19, 2026, it was informed of the results of the bid opening conducted by the Transmission System Operator Gaz-System S.A., based in Warsaw (the "Awarding Entity"), regarding the public procurement procedure held as an open tender for the project titled: "Reconstruction of the DN500 Tworzeń–Szopienice gas pipeline – execution of construction works." Procedure number: ZP/2025/11/0119/SWI.

According to information made available on the Awarding Entity’s procurement platform, the bid submitted by STALPROFIL S.A., valued at PLN 31,310,310.00 net, was determined to be the most advantageous.

The specification of essential terms of the order stipulates that the construction works are to be performed by the Contractor within 24 months of the contract signing date. The Company will announce the signing of the contract with the Awarding Entity in a separate current report.
