The Company does not have specific rules about how to change the entity authorized to audit financial statements, except for the rules under the general law. Currently it is Kancelaria Porad Finansowo-Księgowych dr Piotr Rojek sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Katowice (included in the list of entities authorized to audit financial statements under register number. 1695). The company was entitled to:
- study prepared in accordance with IAS/IFRS annual standalone and consolidated financial statements of the Company for the financial years 2016-2018,
- review prepared in accordance with IAS/IFRS semi-annual standalone and consolidated financial statements of the Company for the years 2016-2018.
Information about the policy of diversity
The Company has no documented policy of diversity, but the Company's internal regulations, mainly the Code of Ethics, contain provisions aimed at equal opportunities in the workplace and preventing possible discrimination.
According to the rules of the Code of Ethics, the Company attaches importance to ensure that every worker is treated fairly and with respect. Therefore discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, age, ethnicity or nationality, disability or other factors, whose use as a basis for differentiation employees may be illegal, is not tolerated. The Company shall endeavor to ensure that all employees equal opportunities for development without discrimination.
Necessary diversity of employees, based on their skills and qualifications necessary to conduct a specific function, is not considered as discrimination in the Company.
Participation of women in the Company
Since 2008 in the Management Board of 4 persons served and still serves one woman. In that period in the Supervisory Board of STALPROFIL SA no women sat.
As at 31.12.2018, the share of women in total employment was 26%. In the Capital Group, the share of women in total employment was 20%.
