STF Dystrybucja sp. z o.o. was established on April 20, 2018. The purpose of establishing this company was to establish a steel trading entity within the Group, supporting the mother company's activities aimed at intensifying the sales of steel products while minimizing the financial costs of securing commercial transactions at the Group level.
The core business of STF Dystrybucja sp. z o.o. is the "sale of metals and metal ores" (PKD 46.72Z), including mainly the sale of steel products made of non-alloy steel. The complementary subject of activity proposed by the sole shareholder (STALPROFIL SA) in the founding act of this company is tailored to the specific nature of the activities of the entire Group and enables the entity to participate in other economic ventures on the markets served by the Group.
STF Dystrybucja sp. z o.o. carries out its activities mainly in cooperation with the parent company - STALPROFIL SA - and on the basis of its commercial offer. STALPROFIL SA's commercial warehouses are among the largest in Poland and are located in Dąbrowa Górnicza and Katowice. Their location on the northern and southern sides of the Silesian-Dąbrowa agglomeration is an undoubted advantage that facilitates contacts with contractors from the logistics point of view. STF Dystrybucja sp. z o.o.'s access to a wide range of steel products and the value-added services of preliminary processing of steel products are an important source of competitive advantage for the company.
