Recommendation of the Management Board of STALPROFIL SA regarding the amount of dividend for 2021

On April 11, 2022, the Management Board of STALPROFIL SA adopted a resolution on submitting a motion to the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company with a proposal to distribute the net profit generated in 2021, proposing to allocate PLN 21,000,000.00 for dividends to the Company's shareholders, which gives PLN 1.20 dividends for each share.
The proposal concerns covering all shares issued by the Company in the amount of 17,500,000 with dividend.
At the same time, the Management Board decided to submit an application to the Ordinary General Meeting of STALPROFIL SA to set the date of establishing the right to dividend on August 24, 2022, and the date of dividend payment on September 14, 2022.
