Content of the reports of the Supervisory Board of Stalprofil SA

The Management Board of Stalprofil SA presents content of the reports approved by the Supervisory Board at its meeting held on March 27, 2015, including:
1. Report on activity of the Supervisory Board Stalprofil in 2014.
2. Report of the Supervisory Board Stalprofil on the evaluation of the financial statements of the Company for 2014 and the Management Report of the Company for 2014.
3. Report of the Supervisory Board Stalprofil on the evaluation of the consolidated financial statements of Stalprofil SA for 2014 and the Management Report of the Stalprofil SA Capital Group for Stalprofil 2014.
These Supervisory Board reports will be presented at the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 16 April 2015.
