Recommendation of the Supervisory Board of STALPROFIL S.A. regarding proposal to distribute profit for 2017

The Management Board of STALPROFIL S.A. informs that the Supervisory Board of the Company on 12 April 2018 adopted a resolution regarding the opinion of the Management Board to the Ordinary General Meeting of STALPROFIL S.A. regarding distribution of profit for the financial year 2017.
The Supervisory Board issued a positive opinion on the Management Board's proposal regarding the distribution of profit for 2017, including PLN 3,150,000 for dividends for the Company's shareholders, which gives PLN 0.18 of dividends per share.
To the date proposed by the Management Board for establishing the right to dividend, falling on 16 August 2018, and the date of payment of the dividend as of 5 September 2018 the Supervisory Board did not raise any objections.
