Recommendation of the Supervisory Board of STALPROFIL SA regarding the proposed profit distribution for 2021

The Management Board of STALPROFIL SA informs that the Supervisory Board of the Company on April 28, 2022 adopted a resolution on the opinion of the Management Board's motion to the Ordinary General Meeting of STALPROFIL SA regarding the distribution of profit for the fiscal year 2021.
The Supervisory Board issued a positive opinion on the Management Board's proposal for the distribution of profit for 2021, including the allocation of PLN 21,000,000.00 for dividends to the Company's shareholders, which is PLN 1.20 dividends for each share.
The Supervisory Board did not raise any objections to the date of establishing the right to dividend proposed by the Management Board, falling on August 24, 2022, and the dividend payment date on September 14, 2022.
