Adoption of a resolution by the Annual General Meeting of Stalprofil SA on the payment of dividend for 2013

The Annual General Meeting of Stalprofil SA on 12 June 2014 adopted a resolution on the distribution of net profit for 2013. Annual General Meeting of Stalprofil SA approved the proposal of the Board regarding the allocation of net profit for 2013 and allocated for dividend to shareholders of the Company the amount of 1,575,000.00 PLN, which gives 0,09 zł dividend per share. All shares issued by the Company in the amount of 17,500,000 are falling dividend. The Annual General Meeting of Stalprofil SA decided that the date of the dividend record date will be 10 September 2014, and the dividend payment date will be on October 1, 2014.
