Dates of publication of financial reports in 2021

The Management Board of Stalprofil SA informs about fixed dates of publication of financial reports in 2021:
1) Quarterly reports
- consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2021 - 28.05.2021
- consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2021 - 26.11.2021
2) Half-year reports
- consolidated half-year report for the first half-year of 2021 including shortened half-year financial statement - 03.09.2021
3) Annual reports
- standalone annual report for 2020 - 29.04.2021
- consolidated annual report for 2020 - 29.04.2021
According to § 62 cl. 1 of RMF the Company will not publish separate quarterly reports but consolidated quarterly reports inluding quarterly financial information.
The Management Board declares that, pursuant to § 79 cl. 2 RMF, the Company will not publish quarterly report and consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2020 and the second quarter of 2021.
