Transaction with MONTANA SA
On 7 July 2014 Stalprofil SA signed another commercial transaction with Śląska Fabryka Urządzeń Górniczych MONTANA SA in Katowice, the subject of which is sale of steel products by Stalprofil SA to MONTANA SA fot the value of 2 501 PLN.
As a result of this transaction, the total value of purchase/sales transactions concluded by Stalprofil SA with this customer as of August 9, 2013 (the date of publication of the current report 33/2013) amounted to 35 485 thousand PLN and exceeded 10% of its equity.
The highest value contained in the period between the parties is the sale of steel products concluded on 4 November 2013, with a value of PLN 4 294 thousand, which involved the supply of steel products by Stalprofil SA to MONTANA SA in November 2013.
Terms of the agreement do not provide for penalties that may exceed 10% of the contract and do not differ from those commonly used for this type of agreement.
Contracts for the purchase/sale of steel products contained with the contractor during the period meet the criterion of a significant agreement because their value exceeds 10% of the equity of the issuer.
