Conclusion of contracts for supply of steel products from ArcelorMittal Commercial Sections S.A.

On 21 April 2015 Stalprofil (receiver) has received confirmation of complex commercial contracts of ArcelorMittal Commercial Sections S.A. of Luxembourg (supplier), the supply of steel products produced by steel mills belonging to the ArcelorMittal Group, and thus entered into subsequent purchases of steel products with a value of 31 482 thousand PLN.
As a result of these transactions, the total value of contracts concluded by Stalprofil with the entities of ArcelorMittal Group from 16 March 2015 (from the date of publication of the current report 9/2015) amounted to 31 482 thousand PLN. ArcelorMittal Group is the largest steel producer in the world, as well as in Poland, and also is a major supplier of steel products for Stalprofil S.A.
Confirmed orders are for supplies of steel products manufactured by ArcelorMittal Ostrava A.S., based in Ostrava, ArcelorMittal Esch-Belval, Differdange, Rodange in Luxembourg, ArcelorMittal Bergara S.A. in Bergara, ArcelorMittal Hunedoara and ArcelorMittal Poland S.A. with its registered office in Dąbrowa Górnicza. These deliveries will be made on April and May 2015.
Terms of the transactions do not provide for contractual penalties and do not differ from those commonly used for this type of trade agreements.
Purchase transactions of steel products contained with the contractor meet all of the criteria of a significant agreement because their total value reaches 10% of the equity of the issuer.
