Selection of the offer submitted by the subsidiary Izostal S.A. as the most advantageous in the scope of deliveries of insulated DN700 steel pipes to AB Amber Grid

The Management Board of Stalprofil S.A. informs that on 29 May 2019 it received information about the selection by AB Amber Grid with its registered office in Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania (Ordering Party) of the offer submitted by the subsidiary Izostal S.A. (Supplier) as the most advantageous in the public procurement procedure for the supply of insulated DN700 steel pipes for the investment project carried out by AB Amber Grid: construction of a Poland-Lithuania gas interconnector (GIPL) on the territory of the Republic of Lithuania, approximately 170 km long.
The value of the bid submitted by Izostal S.A. is 26,425 thousand EUR net, which after conversion according to the exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland published on 28 May 2019 amounts to 113.540 thousand PLN net. The specification of the essential terms of the contract provides for delivery in the period from 2019 to 2021.
According to the information received, the contract for the award of a public contract between the Ordering Party and Izostal S.A. will be concluded immediately, but not earlier than after the deadline for postponing the grace period (period of 10 days from the date of sending notice about the selection of the offer) and taking appropriate decisions by the Ordering Party. Stalprofil S.A. will inform in a separate current report about the conclusion of the contract between Izostal S.A. and AB Amber Grid for the said task .
