Conclusion of contracts for supply of steel products from ArcelorMittal Commercial Sections S.A.

On 12 June 2015 Stalprofil (receiver) has received confirmation of complex commercial contracts of ArcelorMittal Commercial Sections SA with its registered office in Luxembourg (supplier), for the supply of steel products manufactured by steel mills belonging to the ArcelorMittal Group, and thus concluded further purchases of steel products with a value of 18 414 thousand PLN.
As a result of these transactions, the total value of contracts concluded by Stalprofil with the entities of the ArcelorMittal Group from 21 April 2015 (from the date of publication of the current report 22/2015) amounted to 37 160 thousand PLN.
Confirmed orders for supplies of steel products manufactured by ArcelorMittal Ostrava AS, based in Ostrava, ArcelorMittal Esch-Belval, Differdange, Rodange in Luxembourg, ArcelorMittal Bergara Bergara SA, ArcelorMittal Hunedoara and ArcelorMittal Poland SA with its registered office in Dąbrowa Górnicza will be made in the month of June and July 2015.
ArcelorMittal Group is the largest steel producer in the world and also in Poland, and also is a major supplier of steel products for Stalprofil. Terms of the transactions in question do not provide for contractual penalties and do not differ from those commonly used for this type of trade agreements.
Purchase transactions of steel products contained with the contractor meet the criteria of a significant agreement because their total value reaches 10% of the equity of the issuer.
