Conclusion of contracts for supply of steel products from ArcelorMittal Commercial Sections S.A.

On 11 August 2015 Stalprofil S.A. (receiver) has received confirmation of complex commercial contracts of ArcelorMittal Commercial Sections S.A. with its registered office in Luxembourg (supplier), for the supply of steel products manufactured by steel mills belonging to the ArcelorMittal Group, and thus concluded further purchases of steel products with a value of 19 014 thousand PLN.
As a result of these transactions, the total value of contracts concluded by Stalprofil with the entities of the ArcelorMittal Group from 12 June 2015 (from the date of publication of the current report 25/2015) was 29 727 thousand PLN.
The highest-value contracts contained in the aforementioned period are orders confirmed by the supplier on 11 August 2015. Confirmed orders are for supplies of steel products manufactured by ArcelorMittal Ostrava A.S., based in Ostrava, ArcelorMittal Esch-Belval, Differdange, Rodange in Luxembourg, ArcelorMittal Bergara Bergara S.A., ArcelorMittal Hunedoara and ArcelorMittal Poland S.A. with its registered office in Dąbrowa Górnicza. These deliveries will be made in favor of Stalprofil in August 2015.
ArcelorMittal Group is the largest steel producer in the world and also in Poland, and also is the major supplier of steel products for Stalprofil and the biggest shareholder of the Company. Terms of the transactions in question do not provide for contractual penalties and do not differ from those commonly used for this type of trade agreements.
Purchase transactions of steel products contained with the contractor meet all the criteria of a significant agreement because their total value reaches nearly 10% of the equity of the issuer.
