Information about selection by OGP Gaz System S.A. of the best offer for "construction of a gas pipeline DN700 Hermanowice-Strachocina"

STALPROFIL S.A. Management Board on 28 October 2016 was notified about selection by OGP Gaz-System S.A. with its seat in Warsaw (the Purchaser), of the bid submitted by the consortium of companies (Contractors) composed of:
1.TESGAS SA, based in Dabrowa, ul. Batorowska 9, 62-070 Dopiewo - Leader of the Consortium;
2.IZOSTAL S.A. from Kolonowskie, ul. Opolska 29, 47-113 Kolonowskie - Consortium Partner;
3.ZRUG Zabrze S.A., with registered office in Zabrze, ul. Magazynowa 6, 41-807 Zabrze - Consortium Partner;
4.Friedrich VORWERK KG (GmbH & Co), based in Tostedt, Niedersachsenstrasse 19-21, D-21255 Tostedt, Germany - Consortium Partner;
as the best offer for the project: Execution of works for the investment task "Construction of the pipeline DN700 Hermanowice-Strachocina" Sign of the case: ZP/2015/05/0063/PI" (Order).
The value of the offer submitted by the Consortium is 154,000 thousand PLN net, which represents 189,420 thousand PLN gross. The Terms of Reference provides for the implementation orders within 26 months from the date of the contract.
On the conclusion of the agreement with OGP Gaz-System S.A. for the implementation of the task and the participation in its implementation of companies IZOSTAL S.A. and ZRUG Zabrze S.A., belonging to the STALPROFIL S.A. Group, the Issuer will inform in separate current reports.
