Conclusion of contracts for supply of steel products from ArcelorMittal Commercial Sections S.A.

On 30 October 2015 Stalprofil has received confirmation of complex commercial contracts of ArcelorMittal Commercial Sections S.A. with its registered office in Luxembourg for supply of steel products manufactured by the steelworks belonging to the ArcelorMittal Group, and thus concluded further purchases of steel products with a value of 16 444 thousand PLN.
As a result of these transactions, the total value of contracts concluded by Stalprofil with entities of the ArcelorMittal Group from 11 August 2015 (from the date of publication of current report 28/2015) amounted to 33 043 thousand PLN.
Agreements with the highest value contained in the aforementioned period are orders confirmed by the supplier in September 2015 the value of 16 599 thousand PLN. Confirmed orders contain supplies of steel products manufactured by ArcelorMittal Ostrava A.S., based in Ostrava, ArcelorMittal Esch-Belval, Differdange, Rodange in Luxembourg, ArcelorMittal Hunedoara and ArcelorMittal Poland S.A. with its registered office in Dąbrowa Górnicza. These deliveries were made to Stalprofil in September and October 2015.
Group ArcelorMittal is the largest steel producer in the world and also in Poland, and also is the major supplier of steel products for Stalprofil and the largest shareholder of the Company. Terms of the transactions do not provide for contractual penalties and do not differ from those commonly used for this type of trade agreements.
Purchase transactions of steel products contained with the contractor meet all the criteria of a significant agreement because their total value reaches 10% of the equity of the issuer.
