Conclusion of contracts for supply of steel products from ArcelorMittal Commercial Sections S.A.

On 6 April 2016 Stalprofil S.A. received confirmation of complex commercial contracts from ArcelorMittal Commercial Sections S.A. with its registered office in Luxembourg for supply of steel products manufactured by mills belonging to ArcelorMittal Group, and thus concluded further purchases of steel products with a value of 27 359 thousand PLN.
As a result of these transactions, the total value of contracts concluded by Stalprofil with entities of ArcelorMittal Group from 30 October 2015 (from the date of publication of current report 35/2015) amounted to 51 505 thousand PLN.
Agreements with the highest value in the period of the contract is confirmed by the supplier 6 April 2016 with the value of 27 359 thousand PLN. Confirmed orders are for supplies of steel produced by ArcelorMittal Ostrava A.S., based in Ostrava, ArcelorMittal Esch-Belval, Differdange, Rodange in Luxembourg, ArcelorMittal Hunedoara and ArcelorMittal Poland S.A. with its registered office in Dąbrowa Górnicza. These orders relate to deliveries for Stalprofil in March and April 2016.
ArcelorMittal Group is the largest steel producer in the world and also in Poland, and at the same time is a major supplier of steel products for Stalprofil S.A. and the largest shareholder of the Company. Terms of the transactions do not provide for contractual penalties and do not differ from those commonly used for this type of trade agreements.
Purchase transactions of steel products contained with the contractor meet all the criteria of a significant agreement because their total value reaches 10% of the equity of the issuer.
