Recommendation of the Management Board of STALPROFIL SA regarding the amount of dividend for 2022

On April 12, 2023, the Management Board of STALPROFIL SA adopted a resolution on submitting a request to the Ordinary General Meeting of STALPROFIL SA with a proposal to distribute the net profit generated by the Company in 2022, recommending allocation of the amount of PLN 12,950,000.00 for dividend for the Company's shareholders, which gives PLN 0.74 of dividend per share.
The proposal concerns the inclusion in the dividend of all shares issued by the Company in the amount of 17,500,000.
At the same time, the Management Board will submit a request to the Ordinary General Meeting of STALPROFIL SA, with a proposal to set the date of the right to dividend on August 23, 2023 and the date of dividend payment on September 13, 2023.
