Conclusion of contracts for supply of steel products from ArcelorMittal Commercial Sections S.A.

On 16 March 2015 Stalprofil (receiver) has received confirmation of complex commercial contracts of ArcelorMittal Commercial Sections SA of Luxembourg (supplier) for delivery in the month of March of steel produced by steel mills belonging to the ArcelorMittal Group, and thus entered into subsequent transactions of purchase of steel products with a value of 14 812 thousand PLN.
As a result of these transactions, the total value of contracts concluded by Stalprofil with ArcelorMittal Group entities from the date of 8 January 2015 (from the date of publication of the current report 1/2015) amounted to 44 675 thousand PLN. ArcelorMittal Group is the largest steel producer in the world, as well as in Poland, and also is a major supplier of steel products for Stalprofil.
The highest value in the above-mentioned period between the parties is a transaction of purchase of steel products (orders confirmed by the supplier) signed on February 9, 2015 to the value of 15 176 thousand PLN for the supply of steel products manufactured by ArcelorMittal Ostrava AS, based in Ostrava, ArcelorMittal Esch-Belval, Differdange, Rodange in Luxembourg, ArcelorMittal SA Bergara Bergara, ArcelorMittal Hunedoara and ArcelorMittal Poland SA with its registered office in Dąbrowa Górnicza. These deliveries were made to Stalprofil in February of 2015.
Terms of the transaction in question do not provide for contractual penalties and do not differ from those commonly used for this type of trade agreements.
Purchase transactions of steel products contained with the contractor meet all of the criteria of a significant agreement because their total value reaches 10% of the equity of the issuer.
