Positive opinion of the Supervisory Board of Stalprofil SA on the proposal of the Management Board, concerning the distribution of profit for the year 2011

The Management Board of Stalprofil SA announces that the Supervisory Board at its meeting held on May 8, 2012 made a resolution on the opinion of the Management Board to the Annual General Meeting concerning the distribution of profit for the year 2011.
The Supervisory Board issued a positive opinion of the Management Board\'s proposal regarding the allocation of profit for the year 2011, including the use of dividends to shareholders of the Company the amount of PLN 4.725 million, giving 0.27 zł (twenty seven gr) dividend per share.
To Management\'s proposal to fix the dividend right date on 05.09.2012, and the date of payment of dividends on 25.09.2012, the Supervisory Board did not raise any objections.
