Stalprofil SA Management Board\'s recommendation concerning the amount of the dividend for 2012

The Management Board of Stalprofil SA on April 25, 2013 passed a resolution to recommend to the Annual General Meeting of the Company proposed distribution of net profits in 2012, including a proposal to commit a dividend to the shareholders of the Company in the amount of 2,450,000.00 PLN, which gives 0,14 PLN dividend per share.
The Management Board will propose to the Annual General Meeting the date of record on 10 September 2013, and the dividend payment date on October 1, 2013.
