Conclusion of another commercial transaction for the supply of steel products from ArcelorMittal Group
On 11 May 2012 Stalprofil SA (recipient) has received confirmation of complex commercial contracts from the company ArcelorMittal Commercial Sections SA (supplier), based in Luxembourg, and thus concluded the subsequent purchases of steel products from ArcelorMittal Group.
Following completion of the relevant transactions total value of contracts concluded by Stalprofil SA from entities of ArcelorMittal Group as of 02.20.2012 (the date of submission of the current report no. 5/2012) exceeded 10% of the equity of the Company and was 29 630 thousand PLN. ArcelorMittal Group entities are the largest steel producer in Poland and a major supplier of Stalprofil SA.
Agreement with the highest value given in that period between the parties in the transaction of purchase of steel products (order confirmed by the supplier) concluded on 12 April 2012, the value of PLN 2 332 thousand and for the supply of steel products by ArcelorMittal Commercial Sections SA Stalprofil SA for a month April 2012.
Terms of the transaction does not provide for penalties and did not differ from those commonly used for this type of trade agreements.
The transactions of purchase of steel products with the contractor meet all criteria of a significant agreement because their total value exceeds 10% of the equity of the issuer.
