Positive opinion of the Supervisory Board of Stalprofil SA on the Management Board\'s proposal concerning the distribution of profits for the year 2012

Management Board of Stalprofil SA announces that the Supervisory Board at its meeting held on May 17, 2013, adopted a resolution on the opinion of the Management Board to the Annual General Meeting concerning the distribution of profit for the financial year 2012. The Supervisory Board approved the Management Board\'s proposal for distribution of profit for 2012, including the destination for the dividend to the shareholders of the Company the amount of PLN 2,450,000, which gives 0,14 zł dividend per share. To proposed by the Board period of record, falling on the day 10.09.2013, and the date of dividend payment date 01.10.2013, The Supervisory Board did not raise any objections.
