The conclusion of trade agreements with entities of the ArcelorMittal Group
On 21 May 2013 Stalprofil SA (receiver) has received confirmation of complex commercial contracts from ArcelorMittal Commercial Sections SA, based in Luxembourg (the supplier), the supply of steel products manufactured by ArcelorMittal, and thus concluded further purchases of steel products from Group entities ArcelorMittal for a total value of 11 173 thousand PLN.
As a result of the finalization of the transactions total value of contracts entered into by the parties Stalprofil SA and ArcelorMittal Group as of 18 February 2013 (from the date of publication of the current report no. 6/2013) exceeded 10% of equity and amounted to 39 969 thousand PLN. ArcelorMittal Group is the largest steel producer in the world, as well as in Poland, and is the major supplier of steel products for Stalprofil SA.
The highest value contained in the aforementioned period between the parties was transaction of purchase of steel products (orders confirmed by the supplier) signed in April 2013 year, the value of PLN 14 422 thousand and on the supply of steel products for Stalprofil SA in April 2013.
Conditions of the transaction do not provide for penalties and do not differ from those commonly used for this type of trade agreements.
Purchases of steel contained with the contractor meet the criterion of a significant agreement because their total value exceeds 10% of the equity of the issuer.
