Conclusion of a significant transaction of purchase of steel products
On 28 January 2013 Stalprofil SA (the client) received from Impexrur SA based in Sanok (supplier) trade order confirmation, and thus concluded a transaction of purchase of steel products (steel pipes) for a total value of EUR 8,668,400, which when converted at the average NBP exchange rate prevailing on the date of receipt of the order confirmation is the value of PLN 36,323,196.52 (net).
Supplies of steel tubes covered by the contract will be executed by the supplier to Stalprofil SA by the end of the first quarter of 2013.
Terms of the contract does not provide for penalties and do not differ from those commonly used for this type of transactions.
The transaction meets the criterion of a significant agreement because its value exceeds 10% of the equity of the issuer.
