Annex to the credit agreement with PKO BP SA
On June 4, 2013, the Management Board of Stalprofil SA learned about at the back signed by PKO BP SA in Warsaw, an annex to the loan agreement in the form of multipurpose credit line in the amount of 75 million PLN, concluded between the Bank and Stalprofil SA. The annex extends for two years time that limit the availability of credit (from original date of 15 April 2014 until 15 April 2016).
The basic conditions of the loan agreement, including the loan collateral has not changed compared to those of its Current Report no. 4/2013. Pursuant to the loan agreement with the Bank and the annexes thereto included in the period to 15 April 2016. Stalprofil SA may use the following, provided by the bank for banking products: working capital revolving credit, bank guarantees and letters of credit to finance current liabilities resulting from the business.
The financial terms of which the Company will benefit from the allowances granted do not differ from those commonly used for this type of agreement and the revolving credit facility are based on WIBOR + bank margin. The agreement meets the criterion of a significant agreement because its value exceeds 10% of the equity of the issuer.
