Appointment of a board member
On 7 December 2012, the Supervisory Board of Stalprofil SA passed a resolution to complete the Managenent Board and appointment of Mr Zenon Jędrocha a member of the Management Board, entrusting him with the function of Vice President, Director of Sales.
Mr. Zenon Jędrocha (born in 1974) has a higher education degree, is a graduate of Akademia Górniczo-Hutnicza in Kraków, Faculty of Mining, Expertise: management in the industry. Since 1999 he has been employed in trade services of Stalprofil SA, taking positions from clerk to Director of Domestic Sales.
Mr. Zenon Jędrocha does not conduct any other activity outside the issuer and does not participate in any competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership or as a member of the body of a company, or in any other competitive legal person as a member of its governing body and is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept on the National Court Register.
