Acquisition of the Company's shares by a person discharging managerial responsibilities

The Management Board of STALPROFIL SA (the Company) hereby informs that on May 28, 2025, the Company received a notification referred to in Article 19 paragraph 1 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 16, 2014 (MAR), from Mr. Zenon Jędrocha - Member of the Management Board of STALPROFIL SA, about the acquisition on May 27, 2025 of 100,000 shares of the Company.
