Notice regarding the submission of the most advantageous offer in the procurement procedure organized by O.G.P. Gaz-System S.A. for construction works involving the reconstruction of the DN700 and DN400 Jarosław-Sędziszów gas pipelines in Świlcza.

The Management Board of STALPROFIL S.A. (the "Company" / "Contractor") announces that on July 29, 2026, it was informed of the results of the bid opening conducted by the Transmission System Operator, Gaz-System S.A., based in Warsaw (the "Awarding Entity"), regarding the public procurement procedure—carried out as an open tender—for the project titled: "Execution of construction works involving the reconstruction of the DN700 and DN400 Jarosław-Sędziszów gas pipelines in Świlcza." Procedure number: ZP/2026/05/0042/TAR.

According to information made available on the Contracting Authority’s procurement platform, the bid submitted by STALPROFIL S.A., valued at PLN 38,938,938.00 net, was selected as the most advantageous.

The specification of essential terms of the order stipulates that the Contractor is to carry out the construction works within 24 months of the contract signing date. The Company will announce the signing of the contract with the Contracting Authority in a separate current report.
