Information on the conclusion of an agreement between STALPROFIL SA and Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o.o. for the construction of the DN350 gas pipeline from Kruszwica to Inowrocław

With reference to the current report RB 18/2023 of August 10, 2023, the Management Board of STALPROFIL SA informs that on August 25, 2023, it became aware of the conclusion of an agreement between STALPROFIL SA (Contractor) and Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o.o. Oddział Zakład Gazowniczy w Bydgoszczy (Employer), for the implementation of construction works for the task entitled "Construction of the Świecie - Bydgoszcz Łęgnowo - Janikowo - Kruszwica gas pipeline together with the infrastructure necessary for its operation in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship"; Section: High-pressure gas pipeline from Kruszwica to Inowrocław and a high-pressure reduction gas station. Stage II: Construction of the DN350 gas pipeline from the DN350/250 branch complex to the Latkowo junction area, together with the necessary accompanying infrastructure.

The length of the DN350 MOP 8.4 MPa gas pipeline built by the Contractor is 11.05 km.

The net value of the works covered by the agreement is PLN 33.3 million. Pursuant to the contract, the investment will be implemented (final acceptance date) within 12 months from the date of its conclusion.

The concluded agreement should, during its implementation, increase the revenues generated by the Company in the segment of gas transmission network infrastructure. This segment is served by the self-balancing Branch of STALPROFIL SA in Zabrze, which is responsible for the performance of construction works under the Agreement.
