Selection of the offer submitted by the subsidiary Izostal SA as the most advantageous in the tender for the supply of DN700 insulated steel pipes for the implementation of the gas pipeline Wężerów-Przewóz

With reference to current report No. 2/2024 of January 15, 2024, the Management Board of STALPROFIL SA (the Company) informs that on January 29, 2024, it received information about the selection by OGP Gaz-System SA with its registered office in Warsaw (the Ordering Party), the offer submitted by the subsidiary of Izostal SA as the most advantageous in Part 1 of the public procurement procedure for the supply of DN700 insulated steel pipes with a length of approximately 16 km for the investment project entitled: "Supply of steel pipes for the implementation of the DN700 MOP 8.4 MPa Wężerów-Przewóz gas pipeline with accompanying infrastructure (proceeding divided into 4 parts)".
The value of the offer submitted by the subsidiary Izostal SA is PLN 31.2 million net, which is PLN 38.4 million gross. The criterion for the Ordering Party to select the most advantageous offer was the total gross price of the offer - weight 95% and the origin of the product - weight 5%.
The specification of essential terms of the order provides for deliveries to be made from August 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024.
The Company will inform about concluding an agreement with OGP Gaz-System SA for the task in question in a separate current report.
The agreement in question will constitute a Partial Agreement under the concluded Framework Agreement, which the Company informed about in current report No. 34/2022 of September 30, 2022.
