Proposing a candidate for a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company

The Management Board of STALPROFIL SA with its registered office in Dąbrowa Górnicza (hereinafter: the Company) announces that it has received from a shareholder, ie: MMiędzyzakładowa Organizacja Związkowa NSZZ "Solidarność" ArcelorMittal Poland S.A. - Dąbrowa Górnicza, a candidature of Mr. Józef Myrczek for the position of a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company.
The candidature was submitted in connection with the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company convened on November 24, 2022, the agenda of which includes adopting resolutions on changes in the composition of the Company's Supervisory Board.
The application submitted by the shareholder, professional curriculum vitae, the content of the relevant declarations along with the consent to stand as a candidate are enclosed.
