Conclusion of an agreement with OGP Gaz-System SA for the construction of the DN1000 Gustorzyn-Wicko gas pipeline, POM 2, section Gardeja-Kolnik

In reference to current report no. 39/2024 of October 16, 2024, the Management Board of STALPROFIL SA (the Company) hereby notifies that on November 8, 2024, it received information about the conclusion of an agreement between STALPROFIL SA with its registered office in Dąbrowa Górnicza (the Contractor) and the Gas Transmission Operator Gaz-System SA with its registered office in Warsaw (the Ordering Party), for the general implementation of the investment entitled: "Construction of the DN 1000 MOP 8.4 MPa Gustorzyn-Wicko, POM 2 gas pipeline, section Gardeja-Kolnik".
The value of works covered by the agreement in question, aimed at constructing a DN 1000 gas pipeline with a length of approximately 88 km together with accompanying infrastructure, amounts to PLN 288,108,108.10 gross. According to the concluded agreement, the investment implementation (final acceptance date) will take place within 25 months from the date of its conclusion, i.e. from November 7, 2024.
The construction of the Gardeja-Kolnik gas pipeline is directly related to the implementation of the FSRU (Floating Storage Regasification Unit) Program, under which it is planned to establish a floating LNG terminal in the Gdańsk area, used to receive liquefied natural gas delivered by sea.
The concluded agreement should significantly affect the growth of revenues generated by the Company in the gas transmission network infrastructure segment during its implementation. This segment is serviced by the self-balancing STALPROFIL SA Branch in Zabrze, which is responsible for the execution of construction works under the subject Agreement.
