Registration of changes to the Company's Articles of Association

The Management Board of STALPROFIL S.A. (the Company) hereby announces that on March 2, 2026, the District Court for Katowice-Wschód in Katowice, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, registered the amendments to the Company's Articles of Association, adopted by Resolution No. 3 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company on February 12, 2026.
The amended or new provisions of the STALPROFIL S.A. Articles of Association are attached to this report.
Furthermore, the Management Board of the Company provides the consolidated text of the Company's Articles of Association, including the amendments, as an attachment to this report.
