On 22.05.2024 the Annual General Meeting of STALPROFIL SA passed a resolution on distribution of net profit for 2024, allocating PLN 5,250,000.00 for dividend to shareholders (PLN 0.30 per share). The dividend right was declared to fall on 20.08.2024, with the dividend to be paid on 10.09.2024.
