Fixed dates for submitting periodic reports in the financial year 2023

The Management Board of Stalprofil SA informs about the fixed dates for submitting periodic reports in the financial year 2023:

1) Quarterly reports:
- consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2023 - May 25, 2023
- consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2023 - November 24, 2023

2) Semi-annual reports
- consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2023 along with the condensed semi-annual financial statements - September 1, 2023

3) Annual reports
- standalone annual report for 2022 - April 28, 2023
- consolidated annual report for 2022 - April 28, 2023

The Management Board of STALPROFIL SA, in accordance with § 62 sec. 1 of the RMF declares that the Company does not intend to submit separate quarterly reports, but will submit consolidated quarterly reports containing quarterly financial information.
At the same time, the Management Board of STALPROFIL SA informs that pursuant to §79 sec. 2 RMF, the Company will not publish a quarterly report and a consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of the financial year 2022 and the second quarter of the financial year 2023.
