Information on the selection of the offer of STALPROFIL SA as the most advantageous in the tender organized by Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o.o. for the construction of the DN400 gas pipelines Lubienia-Masłów and Mójcza-Kielce

The Management Board of STALPROFIL SA informs that on February 13, 2023, it became aware of the selection by Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o.o. Oddział Zakład Gazowniczy w Kielcach (Employer) of the offer submitted by STALPROFIL SA (Contractor) in the public procurement procedure for the performance of works consisting in the construction of a high-pressure gas pipeline DN400 together with the accompanying infrastructure constituting Task No. 1B, implemented as part of the investment project entitled "Construction of the Lubienia-Masłów gas pipeline and the Mójcza-Kielce gas pipeline".
According to the information provided by Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o.o., the offer submitted by STALPROFIL SA Branch in Zabrze, worth PLN 38.7 million gross, turned out to be the most advantageous. The specification of essential terms of the contract stipulates that the investment should be completed within 11 months from the conclusion of the contract.
