Recommendation of the Supervisory Board on distribution of net profit for 2013
The Mangement Board of Stalprofil SA announces that the Supervisory Board at its meeting held on 15 May 2014 adopted a resolution on the opinion of the Management Board\'s proposal to the Annual General Meeting concerning the distribution of profit for the financial year 2013. Supervisory Board approved the Management Board\'s proposal for distribution of profit for 2013 including dividend for shareholders of the Company in the amount of PLN 1,575,000, which gives 0,09 zł per share.
For the proposed date when the right to the dividend would be attributable (10.09.2014) and the date of dividend payment (1.10.2014) the Supervisory Board did not raise any objections.
