Annex to the agreement with the OGP Gaz-System SA for the construction of a gas pipeline DN 700 Szczecin-Gdańsk, Phase II-IV
In reference to the current report 13/2012, 29/2012 and 29/2013 Board of Stalprofil SA informs that on 15 May 2014 an annex to the agreement of 10 May 2012 between the consortium of companies (Contractor) composed of ZRUG Zabrze SA as the leader of the consortium, Stalprofil SA of Dąbrowa Górnicza (consortium member) and the GAZ-SYSTEM SA with its registered seat in Warsaw (the Employer) has been signed on general realization of investments under the name "construction of the pipeline DN 700 Szczecin-Gdańsk: Stage II Karlino-Koszalin, Stage III Koszalin-Słupsk and Stage IV Słupsk-Wiczlino".
The object of the annex is change (prolongation) of the term of the investment (receiving end) until 14/11/2014, inclusive, which was originally defined until 30.06.2014 year. The condition of final acceptance will provide the Employer, signed by the parties protocols partial acceptance of Phase II and Phase III, which should take place until 30.09.2014 year, inclusively.
Period of implementation of the agreement has changed due to unforeseen geological conditions, the need for design changes (HDD river Rzechcinka Młyńska) and the need to extend the drilling HDD Łupawa and because of the impossibility of filling installation by the Purchaser within the time limits agreed with the Contractor.
The agreement with the OGP Gaz-System SA, to which the annex was added, meets the criterion of a significant agreement because its value exceeds 10% of the equity of the issuer.
