Selection of an offer made by STALPROFIL S.A. Capital Group companies as the most favorable for supply of insulated steel pipes DN1000 to OGP Gaz-System S.A.

On 7 June 2017 Board of STALPROFIL S.A. was notified about selection by OPG Gaz-System S.A. with its seat in Warsaw (the Purchaser), of the bid submitted by Izostal S.A., on behalf of the consortium of companies comprising: Izostal S.A. (Consortium Leader) and Stalprofil S.A. (Consortium Member), as the most favorable for supply of insulated steel pipes for the investment project implemented by OGP Gaz-System S.A. - pipeline DN1000 Strachocina-Pogórska Wola, 55 km long.
Production and delivery of insulated steel pipes to OGP Gaz-System S.A. corresponds to the Consortium Leader - Izostal S.A. The value of the offer is 97,143 thousand PLN net, which is 119,486 thousand PLN gross. Terms of reference expect deliveries to be made from 1 November 2017 to 30 June 2018.
The Company will inform in a separate current report about a contract with OGP Gaz-System S.A. for the task.
