Recommendation of the Board of Stalprofil S.A. on the amount of dividend for 2017

On 21.03.2018 the Management Board of STALPROFIL S.A. made resolution on recommending to the Annual General Meeting of the Company proposed distribution of net profits in 2017, including dividend for shareholders of the Company in the amount of 3,150,000.00 PLN, which is 0,18 PLN per share.
The Management Board will propose to the Annual General Meeting of STALPROFIL S.A. the date to determine the right to the dividend on 16.08.2018 and the dividend payment date of 05.09.2018.
