Selection of the offer of the subsidiary Izostal SA as the most advantageous in the tender procedure for the supply of insulated steel pipes DN1000 for OGP Gaz-System SA

In reference to the current report No. 5/2021 of April 12, 2021, the Management Board of STALPROFIL SA (the Company) informs that on May 14, 2021 it was informed about the selection by OGP Gaz-System SA with its seat in Warsaw (Ordering Party), of the offer submitted by the subsidiary Izostal SA with its registered office in Kolonowskie (Contractor), as the most advantageous in the public procurement procedure for the supply of insulated steel pipes DN1000 with a length of approximately 75 km for the investment project Gustorzyn-Wronów gas pipeline order 1.
The value of the offer submitted by Izostal SA is PLN 169.7 million net, which is PLN 208.7 million gross. The specification of essential terms of the contract provides for the delivery of deliveries from October 15, 2021 to April 30, 2022.
The Company will inform about the conclusion of an agreement between Izostal SA and OGP Gaz-System SA for this task in a separate current report. The agreement in question will constitute a Partial Agreement under the concluded Framework Agreement, about which the Company informed in the current report No. 29/2019 of August 16, 2019.
