Conclusion of the credit agreement and pledge registered with Pekao SA
On 3 June 2014, the Board of Stalprofil SA learned about at the back signed by the Polish Bank Pekao SA (Pekao SA) based in Warsaw, contracts multipurpose credit limit in the amount of PLN 10,000,000.00, which will be used to finance current the Company\'s operations. The credit limit is granted for a period until 30 May 2015.
On 3 June 2014 the Company was informed at the back signed by Bank Pekao SA, registered pledge agreement on things labeled as to species, which was concluded between Pekao SA and Stalprofil SA in order to secure the Bank loan granted by the Bank. Stalprofil SA pursuant to this Agreement of 30 May 2014, lays on the Bank\'s pledge on Company-owned inventories of steel products. The value of the registered pledge reflected in the accounts of the Company at the date of conclusion of the contract amounts to PLN 11,264,820.46.
There are no connections between the issuer and the persons managing or supervising the issuer, and the Bank for the benefit of the registered pledge.
The value of assets, a pledge registered company considers to be significant because their value is greater than the expressed in PLN amount of EUR 1,000,000, the average exchange rate published by the Polish National Bank, in force on 3 June 2014.
