Selection of consortium including subsidiary ZRUG Zabrze SA for construction of the gas pipeline DN 500 Gałów-Kiełczów

On 9 June 2014, the Management Board of Stalprofil SA was informed about selection by OGP Gaz-System SA of consortium of companies composed of ZRUG Zabrze SA with its registered office in Zabrze (Consortium Leader) and INSTALGAZ Andrzej Szulc based in Opalenica, as the best bid in public proceedings conducted in a limited tender for the project: "Construction of high-pressure pipeline DN500 MOP 8.4 MPa section Gałów node - Kiełczów node, in the construction of the pipeline RP Frontier (Lasów) - Taczalin - Radkowice - Gałów - Wierzchowice with infrastructure necessary to operate in the province of Lower Silesia".
The gross value of the bid submitted by the consortium involving ZRUG Zabrze SA amounted to PLN 40 971 243.42.
The agreement with the OGP Gaz-System SA, a public procurement contract shall be concluded within a period of not less than 10 days from the date of dispatch of the notice of selection of the best offer.
Consortium Leader - ZRUG Zabrze SA is a member of Stalprofil SA Capital Group. Shareholding Structure of ZRUG Zabrze SA is as follows: Stalprofil SA - share of votes and share capital of 69% and 63%, Izostal - share of votes and share capital of 31% and 37%.
