Information of an obliged person on transactions in the Company's shares

On June 23, 2016, the Board of Stalprofil S.A. (the Company) received pursuant to Art. 160 par. 1 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on trading in financial instruments, the notice of transactions of purchase/sale of shares of Stalprofil S.A. made by a person closely related to a member of the Board of Stalprofil S.A., of which total value exceeds EUR 5 000 at average exchange rates of the Polish National Bank for PLN/EUR on the transaction date.
Member of the Issuer's Board Mr. Henryk Orczykowski, who is also a member of the Supervisory Board of Dom Maklerski BDM S.A. based in Bielsko-Biala, pursuant to art. 160 section 1 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on trading in financial instruments, announces following acquisition/disposal of shares of Stalprofil made by Dom Maklerski BDM S.A.:
1. On 09.05.2016 Dom Maklerski BDM S.A. purchased 200 shares of Stalprofil in the unit price 12.20 PLN,
2. On 09.05.2016 Dom Maklerski BDM S.A. purchased 1097 shares of Stalprofil in the unit price 12.15 PLN,
3. On 05.10.2016 Dom Maklerski BDM S.A. purchased 400 shares of Stalprofil in the unit price 12.30 PLN,
4. On 21.06.2016 Dom Maklerski BDM S.A. sold 1697 shares of Stalprofil in the unit price 11.10 PLN.
The shares were purchased/sold in ordinary session transactions on the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange in Warsaw.
