Selection of an offer made by STALPROFIL S.A. Capital Group entities as the most favorable for supply of insulated steel pipes to DN1000 OGP Gaz-System S.A.

On 8 August 2017 the Board of STALPROFIL S.A. was notified about selection by OPG Gaz-System S.A. with its seat in Warsaw (the Purchaser), of a tender submitted by the subsidiary Izostal S.A. on behalf of the consortium of companies comprising: Izostal S.A. (Consortium Leader) and STALPROFIL S.A. (Consortium Member), as the best offer of a public contract for supply of insulated steel pipes for an investment project implemented by OGP Gaz-System S.A. - pipeline DN1000 Zdzieszowice-Wrocław section Zdzieszowice-Brzeg with a length of approximately 45 km.
The Consortium Leader - Izostal S.A. - is responsible within the consortium for production and delivery of insulated steel pipes to OGP Gaz-System S.A. The value of the offer placed by the Leader of the Consortium oamounts to 71,972 thousand PLN net, which represents 88,526 thousand PLN gross. Terms of reference specify the delivery to take place from 1 February 2018 to 31 May 2018.
STALPROFIL S.A. will inform in a separate current report about the agreement with OGP Gaz-System S.A.
