Resignation of a Member of the Supervisory Board of STALPROFIL S.A.

The Management Board of STALPROFIL S.A. informs that on 11 April 2019 the Company received a statement from Mr. Marcin Gamrot about resignation from the position of a Member of the Supervisory Board of STALPROFIL S.A. on the day of the next General Meeting.

In this statement, Mr. Marcin Gamrot did not give reasons for his decision to resign.
