Recommendation of the Supervisory Board of STALPROFIL S.A. regarding the proposal to distribute profit for 2018

The Management Board of STALPROFIL S.A. informs that on 18 April 2019 the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolution regarding the opinion of the Management Board to the Ordinary General Meeting of STALPROFIL S.A. regarding the distribution of profit for the financial year 2018.
The Supervisory Board issued a positive opinion on the Management Board's proposal regarding the distribution of profit for 2018, including the allocation of dividends for the Company's shareholders PLN 4.025.000, which gives PLN 0.23 of dividends per share.
To the date proposed by the Management Board for determining the right to dividend, falling on 14 August 2019, and the date of dividend payment as at 6 September 2019 the Supervisory Board did not raise any objections.
